Dogtowns’s priority is the welfare of the pets in our care and to maintain client satisfaction. We aim to give you and your pet the best service we can.

It is important that the information you provide is correct and complete and you must make us aware of anything we need to know about your pet’s health and behaviour. Please advise us of any relevant changes each time you bring your pet in.

By registering you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions and that we may rely on the information provided.

We will not share your details with other organisations. However, from time to time?we will contact you by phone, text, email or post with news, offers and service updates. We may also photograph or video your pet and use these images on our website or Facebook page. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive such information or?do not want us to use images of your pet.

No pet will be treated without a referral form completed by your veterinary surgeon. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the safety of your pet, all therapy treatment is entirely at the owners’ risk. All vaccinations must be up to date.

Pets are not to be fed 2 hours prior to their appointment and please ensure they are adequately toileted. Dogtown may charge an additional £50 fee for pets that defecate in the pool or water walker.

Pets that require 2 therapists for an appointment will be charged at the 60-minute appointment charge regardless of appointment length.

If your pet becomes ill whilst in our care we may call a Vet and unless it can be clearly shown that Dogtown are liable, all Vet costs shall be at the owners’ expense.

We may refuse therapy treatment to any pet, if we consider it inappropriate at that time.

Payment must be made at the end of each appointment or in advance if you commit to a treatment package (you may opt to pay in 3 instalments, payable at appointment 1,4, and 7). We accept cash and major debit & credit cards, we do not accept cheques. If your pet is unable to complete all appointments included in the treatment package, due to declining health, we will refund the pro-rata value of the unused appointments.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged £30. If you fail to arrive for your appointment you will be charged your normal appointment fee (typically £50).
