The Top Dog Friendly Walks Near To Our Day Care Centres
Finding a great dog daycare centre in London can be a real challenge: you want a convenient location, high standards, and plenty of opportunity for your pet to stretch their legs. At our daycare centres in Chiswick and Sheen, we are very lucky to be located near some of the most dog-friendly parks in the capital.
If you are currently hunting for the best day care arrangements for your dog, then you might be interested in exploring these walking routes, where we regularly exercise and play with the canines in our care.
Richmond Park
Richmond is London’s largest Royal Park, and just minutes away from our Sheen centre. There are woodland trails to explore, ponds for pooches who love to splash about, and wide open spaces for opportunities to run and play off the lead. The park is home to a herd of deer, so when these are nearby your dog should be kept on a lead.
Chiswick House and Gardens
This historic estate is just a ten minute walk from our Chiswick centre. It has attractive landscaped gardens, wide open green spaces, and wooded paths that are an ideal environment for dogs. In most areas, it's safe to let your dog roam off-lead, and there's even a dog-friendly café.
Gunnersbury Park
Gunnersbury Park in west London is a peaceful and well-maintained park, and also slightly less well known than many other green spaces. This makes it ideal for playing with your dog off-lead in most areas. The landscape is gently undulating to provide good exercise, and there’s a pond to cool off in afterwards.
All of these beautiful walks are within 15 minutes of our centres, so you can be confident that your dog will have plenty of opportunities to stretch their legs and play.
