Abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour - whether verbal or physical - will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Our staff have the right to work in an environment free from harassment or intimidation. Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be refused services and asked to leave the premises immediately and, in serious cases, we will involve the appropriate authorities.
