We review each case to ensure those with urgent and immediate needs are being treated with priority. The waiting period for non urgent Initial Consultations is approx 4-5 weeks.

Treating Your Dog -Owner Not Present

Please be advised, we assess and treat the dogs without you; the human client present. On arrival we will talk with you to understand your dogs condition, lifestyle & behaviour: its key we also understand your expectations. Experience has shown that they respond betterband relax more when owner is not present and we get better engagement in the activity and therefore much greater results.
